Loft conversion, kitchen extension, full renovation by Ibex®

On Worcester Road, E17, Ibex Builders® carried out a major residential transformation, combining a full loft conversion, ground-floor extension, and complete internal renovation.
The loft conversion introduced two new rooms and a modern bathroom, incorporating two large rooflights, a Juliet balcony, and a newly constructed staircase to maximise space, light, and functionality.

At ground-floor level, Ibex Builders extended the property to create a spacious kitchen area featuring two rain-sensor rooflights and large doors opening directly onto the garden. An additional ground-floor bedroom was also formed as part of the extension, further enhancing the layout and usability of the home.

Throughout the property, comprehensive upgrades were completed, including new plumbing and electrical systems, new flooring, multiple bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, and a new roof structure. In total, the works added three additional bedrooms, significantly increasing both the quality and value of the property.
