L-Shape Loft Conversion & Full Refurbishment – West Down Road, E15 By Ibex®

On West Down Road, E15, within the London Borough of Newham in East London, Ibex Builders® delivered a comprehensive loft conversion and full-house refurbishment, transforming the property from top to bottom.

The project included the construction of a carefully designed L-shaped loft conversion, forming two bright new bedrooms and a contemporary loft bathroom, with large Velux rooflights bringing generous natural light into the new spaces.
