Springfield Road E17 – Loft Conversion by Ibex®

Ibex Builders® completed a full loft conversion at this property on Springfield Road, E17, creating a bright and functional new living space within the existing roof structure.

The works included the full structural build, construction of a new front roof and rear dormer, and the installation of two Velux rooflights to maximise natural light.

A Juliet balcony with double doors was added to enhance openness and connection to the exterior. The project also included the construction of new bespoke stairs, full plastering and decoration, and the installation of restored traditional floorboards.
