Roll Gardens, IG2 – Small House Extension by Ibex®

At Roll Gardens, IG2, Ibex Builders® delivered a full ground-floor extension, improving both the layout and functionality of the property.

The works included structural alterations to form a new modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, alongside the removal of the existing rear door and the formation of a new window opening.

Ibex Builders also created a wide opening to the garden and installed upgraded patio doors to increase natural light and improve access to the outdoor space.

The completed extension added valuable internal area while enhancing comfort, flow, and long-term usability of the home.
