Flat renovation in Albert Road, E17 - by Ibex®

Delivering a complete internal and roof-level upgrade, this flat on Albert Road, E17 was comprehensively refurbished to improve light, layout, and long-term performance.

Within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London, the works were carried out by Ibex Builders® and included the construction of a new roof structure finished in natural slate, alongside the installation of five rooflights to significantly increase daylight throughout the property.

Converting the loft into a modern home office formed part of the scheme, supported by full upgrades to plumbing and electrical systems. New flooring was installed across the flat, followed by complete internal plastering, decoration, and finishing works to achieve a clean, well-resolved interior.

The completed refurbishment resulted in a brighter, more organised home with enhanced functionality, comfort, and durability.
