Loft conversion and ground floor extension -Murchison Road E10 by Ibex®

Ibex Builders® completed a comprehensive loft conversion and ground-floor extension at this property on Murchison Road, E10, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London, delivering a full transformation of the living space.

The ground-floor works included the construction of a rear extension with a box window, large sliding doors, and two oversized rooflights, creating a bright open-plan kitchen area. The project also involved a new structural steel framework, underfloor heating installation, new floor tiling, and complete plumbing and electrical works throughout.

At loft level, Ibex Builders created two new bedrooms, incorporating three rooflights to maximise natural light. New stairs were installed, along with new flooring, lighting, radiators, and fully fitted bathrooms, resulting in a thoroughly modernised and well-integrated home.
