The loft space was reconfigured to create two bright bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom, incorporating multiple rooflights, new windows, upgraded radiators, enhanced plumbing systems, and a complete electrical installation to support the new layout.

At ground-floor level, the property was extended to form a generous kitchen space finished with timber flooring, exposed structural steel beams, bespoke internal doors, and new lighting throughout. Ibex Builders carried out full plastering, painting, and internal decoration across the remainder of the house, achieving a cohesive and modern finish throughout.
