Loft Conversion, Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment  by Ibex®

At Higham Hill Road, E17, Ibex Builders® delivered a complete transformation of the property, combining a modern loft conversion, a spacious rear ground-floor extension, and a full internal refurbishment.

The loft was converted into a bright and functional new living space, incorporating rooflights to maximise natural light, engineered timber flooring, a Juliet balcony, exposed brick detailing, and bespoke built-in storage to optimise space and usability.

At ground-floor level, Ibex Builders constructed a rear extension featuring large bi-fold doors, two skylights, and a bespoke kitchen layout fitted with modern cabinetry and patterned tiled flooring, creating a well-balanced and light-filled open-plan environment.

In addition to the structural works, the entire house underwent a full refurbishment including upgraded heating systems, electrical installations, refreshed finishes, and high-quality internal decoration throughout.
