High-Quality Summer House Build & Full Exterior Home Upgrade by Ibex®

Ibex Builders® delivered a full external transformation of the client’s property on Maynard Road, E17, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London, combining the construction of a high-specification summer house with major upgrades to the main dwelling.

The project began with the demolition of the existing shed and complete clearance of the rear garden, followed by the construction of a modern summer house designed for year-round use. The new structure features large bi-fold doors with integrated blinds and two oversized rooflights, flooding the interior with natural light. Internally, Ibex Builders completed new electrical installations, underfloor heating, and full internal decoration to a high standard.

Alongside the garden works, Ibex Builders significantly upgraded the main house by installing full external insulation and applying a new K-render finish, greatly improving thermal performance and energy efficiency.

The front elevation was further enhanced with slip brick cladding, replacing the original painted façade and giving the property a more contemporary, premium appearance. A newly constructed front boundary wall completed the external improvements.
