High-Quality Summer House Build & Full Exterior Home Upgrade by Ibex Builders

Ibex Builders delivered a full transformation of the client’s property. We demolished the old shed, cleared the entire rear garden, and constructed a modern summer house featuring large bi-fold doors with integrated blinds and two oversized skylights for maximum natural light. The interior was finished with new electrics, underfloor heating, and full decoration.

We also upgraded the main house by externally insulating the whole structure and applying a fresh K-render, significantly improving warmth and energy efficiency. The front elevation was enhanced with slip bricks, replacing the original painted finish and giving the property a much more vibrant, premium look. A new front wall completed the overall improvement.

In short, we built a new high-spec summer house and elevated the appearance and performance of the existing home.
