Loft Conversion in Walthamstow by Ibex®

Ibex Builders® completed a full loft conversion in Walthamstow, creating a bright and spacious en-suite bedroom within the existing roof space.

The works included a complete new structural build, full plumbing and electrical installations, a modern en-suite bathroom, and the construction of a new staircase providing seamless access to the new level.

Ibex Builders also installed new internal doors and skirting throughout, along with three rooflights and two new windows to maximise natural light.

The project was completed with full internal painting and decoration, significantly increasing the usable space while improving warmth, comfort, and overall functionality of the home.
