Hip to Gable Loft Conversion in Broadfield Square | Luxury Ensuite Bedroom by Ibex®

A substantial hip-to-gable loft conversion was delivered by Ibex Builders® at a residential property on Broadfield Square, EN1, within the London Borough of Enfield in North London.

The works included the construction of a new rear dormer, installation of structural steel beams, formation of a bespoke staircase, and the fitting of traditional sash windows to the rear elevation.

The newly created loft level provides a luxurious en-suite bedroom, enhanced by three rooflights to maximise natural light. Ibex Builders completed full electrical and plumbing upgrades, installed a new front roof, and carried out all internal painting and finishing works.
