St Mary Road E17 – Kitchen Extension by Ibex®

A full structural extension and internal reconfiguration was carried out by Ibex Builders® at a residential property on St Mary Road, E17, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London.

The project involved major restructuring works, including the installation of new steel beams and the construction of a new rear extension designed to create a large open-plan kitchen and living space.

The extension incorporates two large rooflights and distinctive blue sliding doors, allowing natural light to flood the interior. Ibex Builders installed a bespoke fitted kitchen and laid high-quality tiled flooring with underfloor heating to enhance comfort and usability.

A new bathroom was added at ground-floor level, along with an additional bathroom on the first floor to improve the overall layout of the home.

The works were completed with full carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical installations, and internal painting throughout, delivering a well-finished, modern living environment with strong attention to detail and long-term performance.
