House Refurbishment & Rear Extension – IG1 (2019)

In 2019, Ibex Builders completed a full property refurbishment and a large rear extension in IG1. We removed structural walls and the old kitchen to create a spacious open-plan kitchen-dining area. The new extension features two large skylights and wide bi-fold doors, flooding the space with natural light and improving the flow of the home.

We installed new wood flooring throughout, fitted a modern kitchen, upgraded all lighting, and completed fresh decorating and finishing. The project also included a full renovation of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, delivering a complete transformation with high-quality craftsmanship and strong attention to detail.
