House Refurbishment & Rear Extension – Ibex®

In East London, within the Redbridge borough, Ibex Builders® delivered a full property refurbishment alongside the construction of a substantial rear extension, transforming the layout and functionality of the home.

The works involved the removal of internal load-bearing walls and the demolition of the existing kitchen to form a large open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for modern living.

The newly constructed extension incorporates two generous rooflights and wide bi-fold doors, allowing natural light to flow through the space and creating a strong connection between the interior and garden.

Ibex Builders installed new timber flooring throughout, fitted a contemporary kitchen, upgraded all lighting, and completed full internal decoration and finishing works.

In addition to the extension, the project included a full renovation of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, delivering a complete residential transformation finished with high-quality craftsmanship and careful attention to detail across the entire property.
