Jeffrey’s Street, NW1 – External Restoration by Ibex®
On Jeffrey’s Street, NW1, Ibex Builders® undertook a comprehensive external restoration of this historic terraced property, focusing on both preservation and long-term protection.
The scope of works involved the careful removal of failing paint from balcony structures and ground-floor railings, followed by detailed brickwork cleaning and full façade repointing to restore the integrity of the external envelope.
Ibex Builders repaired damaged masonry across the elevation, restored original arched timber windows, and repainted all external surfaces in keeping with the building’s period character. Targeted roof repairs were also carried out to resolve water ingress and improve weather resistance.
A sensitive and technically detailed restoration project that reinstated the property’s architectural character while strengthening its durability and structural condition for the future.
