On Gloucester Road, E17, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London, Ibex Builders® delivered a distinctive kitchen extension constructed using high-performance SIP panel technology to achieve strong structural and thermal efficiency.
The external finish was completed in premium timber cladding, giving the extension a warm, contemporary appearance that integrates confidently with the existing property.
Internally, the design deliberately exposed the structural steel framework, creating a bold architectural feature within the new space. Ibex Builders carried out all associated plumbing and electrical installations, lighting, flooring, decorating, and internal finishes as part of the build.
The roof structure was engineered to accommodate extensive glazing, allowing natural light to flood the interior and enhancing the sense of space and architectural quality.
