Loft Conversion – Farnborough Avenue, E17 (2017)

In 2017, Ibex Builders completed a full loft conversion on this Farnborough Avenue property, creating a bright, modern living space. We stripped the main roof front and back, built a large rear dormer, and added a new ensuite with double doors and a Juliet balcony. The project included a custom staircase, new wood flooring, updated plumbing and electrics, and complete decorating.
