A full home extension and internal reconfiguration transformed this property on Cromwell Road, E17, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London.

The works were delivered by Ibex Builders® and converted the original one-bedroom layout into a spacious and well-planned two-bedroom home, centred around a new open-plan kitchen and living area with a modern ground-floor bathroom.

The extension was carefully designed to maximise light and usability, incorporating four rooflights, timber double-opening doors, and new windows throughout.
