House renovation - Chatham Road E17 by Ibex®

A comprehensive internal refurbishment was carried out at a residential flat on Chatham Road, E17, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest in East London, by Ibex Builders®.

The project delivered a brand-new fitted kitchen alongside a modern bathroom upgrade, improving both functionality and overall finish.

Existing timber flooring in the bedroom and corridor was professionally sanded and refinished to restore its original character and durability. Ibex Builders also installed a new pocket door to the bedroom, fitted a new banister, replaced the main entrance door, and completed targeted repairs throughout the flat to enhance flow and usability.

The completed refurbishment resulted in a refreshed, well-finished interior with upgraded fittings and a cleaner, more efficient layout suited to modern living.
